Numerous risk factors during pregnancy and delivery as well as during early infancy could be a causative factors for motoric delay and further impairments. The prevalence of risk factors are 7-12% of all newborn babies. High risk infants were stimulated through kinesytherapy, exercise accoridng to Bobath concept during early infancy from 2 to 12 months, until they were able to walk by themselves. Generally, all motoric acitivites were monitored in order to assure their habilitation and further motor development. Two generations (2008-2009) were chosen as a sample to estimate postural activities after 7 years (2015-2016). Control group consisted of children who were born without any risk factors. The results revealed 70,6% of permanent improvement in the group of high risk children experiencing interventions. The rest of the sample group 29,4% had some postural problems as a result of multiple risk factors. The dominant risk factors were preterm birth 51%, HIE 43%, hypoxic crisis 39%, hiperbilirubinaemia 32%,HIC 15%, RDS 12%,convulsiones 8% .These results confirmed our hypothesis that hipotony and hypertony will not disappear by themselves, they must be constantly monitored over long time period and different activities should be included in early childhood to prevent postural problems, such as kyphosis, scoliosis.
