SEKULARNI TREND MOTORIČKIH SPOSOBNOSTI DECE I ADOLESCENATA U SRBIJI

Proteklih nekoliko decenija donelo je izražene promene u načinu života širom sveta i kod svih uzrasnih populacija, što je rezultovalo smanjenom fizičkom aktivnošću i porastom energetskog unosa. Nizak nivo fizičke aktivnosti i sedentarno ponašanje su vodeći faktori za niz ozbiljnih hroničnih bolesti i jedan od glavnih uzroka tzv. „epidemije gojaznosti“, kako kod odraslih tako i kod mladih. Pokazatelji motoričkih sposobnosti, pre svih mišićne jačine, snage i izdržljivosti, izraženi u odnosu na masu tela pokazuju stalni trend opadanja kod mlađe populacije tokom prethodnih pet decenija.Više nedavno sprovedenih istraživanja ukazuju na trend smanjivanja nivoa fizičkih aktivnosti kod dece u Srbiji. Retki istraživački podaci ukazuju da u Srbiji pozitivni sekularni trend telesne visine i težine nema pozitivan uticaj na uspešnost u izvođenju motoričkih zadataka. Smatramo da je neodložno izmeniti način i organizaciju života dece, stvoriti mogućnosti i motivaciono okruženje za rekreativno bavljenje različitim vidovima fizičke aktivnosti ili rekreativnim sportom.Redovna fizička aktivnost dece i adolescenata, uz unapređenje njihove ishrane, efikasna je investicija za buduće generacije.
