UTICAJ RAZLIČITIH FAKTORA NA DUŽINU DOJENJA U INĐIJI

Apstrakt

Uvod: Isključivo dojenje odojčadi do 6 meseci uzrasta je preporučeno od strane Svetske Zdravstvene Organizacije, ali i od strane drugih zdravstvenih organizacija. Uredbom o Nacionalnom programu podrške dojenju u Srbiji postavljeni su ciljevi, da 60% odojčadi do 6 meseci starosti treba da ima isključivo dojenje. Identifikacija faktora koji utiču na dužinu dojenja u svim zemljama mogu pružiti korisne informacije koje bi se iskoristile za poboljšanje stope dojenja na nacionalnom nivou i širom sveta.
Cilj ove studije bio je proceniti stopu dojenja i prepoznati faktore koji utiču na dužinu dojenja.
Metod: U ovoj studiji podaci su prikupljeni tokom rutinske posete pedijatru. Obrađeno je 1089 anketa.
Rezultati ovog istraživanja pokazuju da 5,8% novorođenčadi nikad nisu dojena, u prvom satu nakon rođenja je dojeno 27,8% novorođenčadi, unutar prvih 6h prvi podoj je imalo 69,6% novorođenčadi. Istraživanje je pokazalo da je 3 meseca dojeno 69,1% bebe, 6 meseci je dojeno 53,7% beba, a 28,5% beba je dojeno godinu dana ili duže.
Zaključak: Faktori koji utiču na stopu dojenja i dužinu dojenja su vreme prvog podoja, zatim faktori od strane majke: starost, stepen obrazovanja, bračni status, paritet, tip porođaja i faktori od strane deteta: gestacijska starost i porođajna masa. Potrebno je poboljšati Baby-Friendly program i promovisati savetovališta za trudnice i razvojna savetovališta sa akcentom na promociju isključivog dojenja šest meseci. Sveukupnost fizioloških, nutritivnih, okolinskih, socioekonomskih, psiholoških, kao i genetskih faktora stvaraju listu za uspešno dojenje.
