CARSKI REZ KAO RIZIK ZA BRONHIOLITIS U RANOM DETINJSTVU

Uvod: Bronhiolitis je jedno od najčešćih akutnih oboljenja donjih disajnih puteva kod dece u prvoj godini života u zimskom periodu kao i čest razlog za hospitalizaciju. U više od 75% slučajeva izazvano je respiratornim sincicijalnim virusom (RSV). Teži klinički tok akutnog bronhiolitisa se očekuje kod dece mlađeg uzrasta, dece rođena pre termina i dece sa komorbiditetom.
Cilj: Utvrditi da li postoji povezanost carskog reza sa učestalom incidencom bronhiolitisa kod dece na teritoriji opštine Doljevac uzrasta do godinu dana.
Metodologija: Ispitanu grupu je činilo 80 deteta, 36 dečaka i 44 devojčica, uzrasta do 1 godine prosečne starosti 8,2 meseca, sa dijagnostifikovanim bronhiolitisom u periodu od oktobra 2024. do januara 2025. godine. Popunjavan je anketni list od strane majki, podaci su prikupljeni i statistički obrađeni u cilju utvrđivanja povezanosti dobijenih rezultata.
Rezultati: Od ukupnog broja ispitivane dece sa bronhiolitisom uzrasta do godinu dana, utvrđeno je da su kod 28 (35%) dece sa bronhiolitisom, deca rođena spontanim vaginalnim putem, dok 52 (65%) njih je rođeno carskim rezom.
Zaključak: Pošto je retrospektivno istraživanje, imali smo manjak informacija o tome da li su carski rezovi bili izvedeni svojevoljno ili vanredno u hitnim slučajevima. Naže istraživanje će otvoriti mnoga vrata za veća i dublja istraživanja. Porođaj izveden carskim rezom izgleda da povećava rizik od bronhiolitisa kada se upoređuje sa bebama rođenim prirodnim putem.
